It looks so lush and green based on the pictures I have seen online. Is it true that it rains a lot most of the year? It would be very hard for me to take a vacation to a country that rains too much.

Good point but mostly it rains for a short while and then stops for the rest of the day or sometimes it rains through the night and the days are dry.

Ireland is the third largest island in Europe. There are three World Heritage Sites on the island: the Brú na Boinne, Skellig Michael and the Giant's Causeway. Its full of natural beauty. One interesting thing is that there is no snake on this island, only one reptile i.e. is common lizard founds there. But its not a good place to visit as a practical point of view, one main cause is heavy rain.
